Chinese New Year!




Let's celebrate the New Year! Chinese New Year begins on February 14th and it is the year of the TIGER this year. Share these resources with your students. We also have a display of books in the library as well.

The following video is a short animation featuring the animals of the zodiac. Have students watch it and pick out the different animals. Also features tradition Chinese ink drawing and music.



Teach students how to write the twelve zodiac signs in Chinese characters. Video shows the step by step formation of the signs.
